A practical Memory improvement course

I have studied memory techniques for a long time now. I am familiar with Ron White, Dominic O'Brien, Tony Buzan and a host of others. This is a slightly different approach in that it is a practical learn as you do. The benefit of this CD is that you are walked through example after example of how to actually use the memory technique, and you get practice while learning something useful. The biggest problem memory books have is conveying the fact that memory is a skill. You get better results as you do it. So many authors try to sell memory improvement as a 'read my book and instantly have a photographic memory'. Real life is obviously not so easy. With this CD you get the practice that you need and you learn and grow while you are doing it. For people that want a much, much better memory, this is a great place to start. You still have to put work in, but that is the same with every memory approach that I have come across over the years.
