Vigilante

A man is found hanging from a construction crane in Darwin, Australia's Northern Territory. Though it's a bit of a cowboy town, this is a bit extreme. The local police chief is certain he knows the perpetrator but cannot pin anything concrete on the man. In court, the case is rejected and it looks as if the killer will get away with it. This has happened far too often for the lawman. It's time for some action of his own. Recruiting three strangers to do the dirty work, he starts to take the law into his own hands. It starts with small stuff but when one of the three is murdered by the same man accused in the Darwin killing, the other two decide to really cross the line. To become Vigilantes.
