Super Enjoyable!!

I read the first two books in this series, and was fortunate to be able to get the audible for #3 in this fabulous series. The narration was perfection - so much fun to have this "delivered" in a hands-free, entertaining manner!!

My Thoughts on Venus Desiring

Book three of this series continues where book two left off and adds an additional couple element. We still get to see Jessica, Chris and Justin as they continue to settle into their new life and try to find a way to tell their family and close friends about their unconventional relationship. Some people aren't happy. Some people do and say terrible things in response to the news. And some people handle it amazingly. I love that the author gave us all of that though, and with realistic reactions. How family and friends react, as well as how Jessica, Chris and Justin react all felt very true to the characters I've become so interested in and also seem plausible as to how someone might react in this situation.

This story also introduced Hilary and Liam. Their dynamic is so different then the other relationship. Not only because there are two people involved instead of three, but also because Hilary isn't as interested in going deep into the BDSM lifestyle as Jessica. Luckily Liam is turning out to be the perfect match, although they are taking their relationship at a much different and comparatively slower pace.

The narration again was very well done. The same narrator from book two was back for this one and I still liked the job she did overall.

The story itself ended with things more unresolved in my opinion then the previous book. It was more like book one's ending, and now I have to wait for book 4 to come out on audio so I can get all my lingering questions answered. But I will definitely be on the look out for it.

3rd book in the series

I am loving this series! The first book was good and I wanted to read the second. After the second one I was really interested in getting the 3rd book because it was also about Jessica’s best friends relationship with Liam. But now that I have finished book 3 I HAVE to start book 4 right away. I have to find out how both relationships turn out! I love the characters and the narration is great! If you like great characters and lots of different kinds of sexual scenes this is the book for you!

I loved this book. The sex scenes were scorching hot. I loved the relationship between Justin, Chris and Jessica and am very much looking forward to seeing where the relationship goes with Liam and Hilary in the next book in the series. Brooke did a great job at bringing all of these characters to life. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Great series!!

Definitely one of my favorites by Golden Angel. She's become a go to author for me and this series is exactly why. If you like books that have an interesting storyline and a high level of hotness you will enjoy this series. The narration like the writing was consistently amazing to the very end.
