Useful cookbook


I was looking for the recipes for rapid weight loss and my friend recommended me this cookbook. In this book, I found a great collection of quick and delicious plant- based recipes. There are breakfast recipes, ketogenic lunches, dinners, side dishes, ketogenic snacks, ketogenic soups, dessert recipes. All these recipes are saved with simple ingredients, easy cooking directions, with full nutritional information.
