Excellent

This is an easy recipe cookbook for those starting out in ketogenic diet. The recipes are quite tasty and filling. My wife was surprised how quickly most recipes were to make. You will have to purchase some out of the ordinary products for baking but most other items can be purchased from a grocery store or farmer's market. Yes, there are desserts but the healthy kinds.

This is an excellent book on Keto Vegetarian Diet. It tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious.
