All of the ingredients are very cheap and healthy, and most can be found in a bulk section at the grocery store.
These are perfect if you don't have time to bake and just want one serving of a sweet. Each recipe takes four to five minutes max to prepare and make. They're an excellent choice if you're busy and on the go. You don't have to eat them immediately - you can always bag them up for a snack throughout the day.
Here is a sample recipe:
The Ultimate Basic
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 packet stevia
- Cinnamon
Directions:
