Nice this audible book

This is a really well done book. The author is very knowledgeable-not just someone who just threw together some recipies. She has put hard work into developing quality recipes. I develop my own recipies and have used this book as a launching point to make my own modifications. I am very impressed with her research and the taste of her recipies.

It has some really interesting audible book

Great book for anyone wanting to start the Vegan Keto Cookbook style. It has some really interesting recipes and a 14 day Meal Plan to help you get started. I myself am vegan and thought this was a good idea to offer Keto to Vegans and replace meat with vegan options.
author is the best! I chose in my brain and understood that the book is extremely astonishing, the writer has made it beautifully.The truth is, I am exceptionally upbeat that I have acquired this book, extremely the book has been masterminded well. Awesome recipes!

This is the 1st keto vegan cookbook I have read and found it wonderful. Where most keto diets base recipes on loading up on meat I really loved that this goes further into plant based.
This is a lovely cookbook with magnificent formulas! This book simple guidance accommodating for making vegetarian keto formulas. This book formula exceptionally sound and its assistance for improving body wellbeing. I am totally happy with this book.

It's a good book for keto vegan cooking. This book will help you create just healthy, but definitely delicious that will suit your taste buds. I'm a meat lover, but still always looking for some new veggie recipes. This book contains a plenty of interesting recipes. Highly recommend this book. Thanks!I love this book. This is easily one of the best keto cookbooks I have purchased. While I am not vegan, I have to cook egg and dairy free because of food intolerances. I am totally happy with this book. Much obliged..I loved the coconut porridge with strawberries and even my son wanted it after a bite and skipped his processed cereal.The onion rings with kale dip was to die for.

Wow, this is a very informative book.

Vegan Cookbook for beginners is a highly informative work about the benefits of a vegan diet. The benefits of a vegan diet versus a meat-based diet, is enough to make anyone turn to a vegan diet. I had no idea that meat caused cognitive decline.
As far as I know he has used it once and the recipe worked out just fine. The item shipped quickly and the book was in perfect condition.

This is absolutely good book

Everything is made easy. The opening discussion of the health impacts of balanced vegan eating is excellent. The biology is presented in a short, easy to understand format. The layout of the step by step diet changes, including a full two week meal plan, solved planning worries.
I appreciate having all the research on a meat-based diet versus a vegan-based diet. Having lots of evidence helps me make an informed decision about whether this is right for me. I especially like the 150 recipes from breakfasts to appetizers to main dishes to snacks and desserts. I love having the variety. Providing me with tips for how to ease into a vegan diet and how to dine out with friends help make the transition to the vegan diet very practical. I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to decide.

Interested Read about Vegan Keto Cookbook

I really enjoyed this book. I was interested in learning more about the vegan lifestyle and found this book to be very informative and helpful for someone starting out.
The Vegan lifestyle and food plan is extreme intelligence reaching far beyond simply enhancing the well-being of the noble person who follows this well-trodden path. Vegan Cookbook for Beginners is an excellent book

Vegan Cookbook for Beginners is an excellent book for those interested in getting started in veganism. It starts off by explaining veganism as a way to eat and has expanded into a lifestyle that often includes no animal products at all. There are chapters on transitioning your diet and guides to eating out. There is an extensive list of substitutions for animal products.
This book has proven to accomplish all three. Though the first three chapters slowed me down, I was glad I took the time to read them through. Great beginning to this challenge. If you are merely interested or actually serious about making this change, I found this book to inspire me and this author did it without pictures! Including kitchen tips and helps to eat out without drama really helped me, too.

Perfect for beginner Vegan Keto Cookbook

Such a great book!!!! It provides a brief overview of what it means to be vegan, the different types of vegans, and a history of vegan ism. As a brand new vegan, this is an extremely valuable resource! The recipes are also great. They are simple and tasty. This is a great read for any newsy Vegan!
Then I started exercising regularly. But my diet, heavy on fast food, remained the same. So now I'm easing into cooking more and have decided to begin cutting out animal products as well. Fortunately, this book recommends a gradual approach to vegan-ism and contains helpful info on aspects of the vegan transition that I'd never considered.

I really enjoy this cookbook

This is definitely a book you want to have in your collection if you are exploring the possibility of becoming vegan. It makes the lifestyle very easy and simple to understand and explains various reasons why people decide to become vegan.
I think its a wonderful diet, but, I think it requires a great deal of dedication and time to prepare things like sauces. I was a vegetarian for almost 8 years and never had to do as much work as this diet needs. I would recommend this to the disciplined person who has extra time to prepare things.
