I enjoyed the audio book overall

I enjoyed the audiobook overall. It does an excellent job of explaining the keto/vegan relationship. Slipped out of Veganism in a few recipes. This easy-to-follow, nutritionally sound diet can help anyone shed pounds quickly and keep them off the plant-based way.

Awesome audio book

I am on keto to lose weight, but considering how well put together these recipes are, this audiobook will be used for years to come. The small downside is that nuts can be expensive, but that is worth it to me to combine the vegan and ketogenic diet into one.
