This cookbook made it fresh and new again with tons of recipes for things we used to have to buy ready made and tons of comfort food classics done vegan so you can enjoy the foods you grew up with and still enjoy the benefits of being vegan.

I appreciate the fact that she prof read the book so many people seem not To! I also like that the recipes weren't all just for naturally gluten free Foods! I don't think that it's a gluten free vegan cookbook when all the recipes are for vegetables or smoothies! I love that there's casseroles and pancakes and deserts that normally contain gluten adapted for gluten free!

highly intuitive book

This is a highly intuitive book that was made perfectly for an book. It has easily doable recipes that actually look like they will taste good. Yes they do have ingredients in here that you'll probably have to buy if you're new veganism but if you're planning on being you vegan you will want to have these things on hand
