Makes an UN-Scientific claim about human diet

He actuallu comes right out and claims that humans were not designed to eat meat. This is not a claim that all vegans make by any means! Personally I am trying to go vegan because of the animal welfare problem, not because I I think it’s our natural diet.

A good collection

I listen this book completely and really learn lot of new recipes.
This book gives a customary preamble to vegetable planting..
