It gives us a practical and logical explanation.

This audible will surprise you unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this audible explains the importance of having a healthy vagus nerve.

The appendix is a very helpful reference and the techniques with the highest efficacy for me have been gargling and deep breathing and cold showers.
