This book was an eminent instructor for all of us

Self-care brings to mind many ideas. Many people think it's eat right, exercise, and get an adequate amount of rest. Self-care is more than that. This audiobook gives an exceptionally essential clarification!

There is a great deal with this book

Awesome audiobook! I am just a few chapters in, but it has already changed a lot in my life. Truly meeting my “best self” and my “anti-self” has made a difference.

This book provides a great way of instruction

The book is Self-explanatory

I am a psychotherapist and give this book to my patients who suffer from anxiety. Become healthy, free of stress and anxiety, and much stronger. I found this book to be very helpful in guiding me in the right direction.

Awful narration

Sounds like a robot with terrible mispronounciations! Very distracting. Finally quit. Fascinating subject which I'm interested in. Will look for another title on this important subject.

Easy to listen.

I suffered from physical and cognitive challenges following a car accident. I have listened to a lot of books on these subjects based upon current scientific studies. Yet this book comes at these problems from a totally different angle. And proposes practical and simple ways to improve. Physically and cognitively.Great Book!! Such a great book.

The simple exercises provided give hope for improved health but with a greater understanding of WHY and HOW they do so. Filled in a lot of puzzle pieces pertaining to “the big picture”, in my mind at least! Thank you!

Well explained.

After listening to this book, I got the neurotransmitter supplements and worked on mastering the habits described to revitalize my vagus nerve. My vagus nerve was inflamed from the left side down and the pain was off the charts. The pain went away in a week. What a relief.

Material missing!

The book is really interesting, almostvtoo good to be true in terms of the expeced results. The point is, for many of the hands on techniques and descriptions, there’s reference to pictures that do not come with
the book (most audiobooks of this kind do bring extra-material). Therefore, it is like buying half a book

It's well explained book.

Is this voiced by AI?

Vagus science is really exciting and the premise of the book is solid. But the voice is dreadful. Almost artificial. There is also a repeat loop in chapter four.
