Awesome!

The book is extremely educational. In this book I have a great deal of data about vagus nerve. This is an essential guide for everyone. Along with general sensory and motor signals, cranial nerves are also responsible for transmitting special sensory signals including smell, vision, taste, hearing, and balance. Love this book

The vagus nerve has two bunches of sensory nerve cell bodies, and it connects the brainstem to the body. It allows the brain to monitor and receive information about several of the body's different functions.This book will surprise you, unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this book really explains the important of having a healthy vagus nerve.

Excellent book!!

I took in a huge sum from this book. It's elegantly composed, and the hypothesis is grounded in a down to earth way. The activities, all of which you can do yourself, have been educational and of incredible incentive to me. I suggest this book wholeheartedly.

Terrible Narration Robotic and Flawed

Sadly I will be returning this book. Whilst it did have a few interesting points I found the narration terribly offputting. In a book like this with lots of technical terms it’s important for the narrator to get to grips with these before Beginning. This clearly did not happen here as she was clearly unable to pronounce basic words such as Larynx I lost track of the number of times that vagally became vaginally. At times it was so bad that the book did not actually make sense. I only persisted with the book because I was interested in the subject matter which I will now go research Elsewhere.

Understandable book.

The book was quite dense for a layperson but after the initial explanatory section, I skipped to the places I needed to listen to. Within a few minutes of the exercises, my neck and shoulders felt more freed up than they have in years. We will have to continue the practice, hoping for more lasting results.
