So good for the sensitive subject matter

This story deals with deep dark subject matter but in a “softer” tone. It’s almost like a beginners book to accepting your kink and muddling thru tough situations. It hints at being a bully/dark academia romance, but again with a bit of “training wheels” on it. It was really good.
