The echoing voices is really, really distracting
I can't follow affirmations that are echoing as if its some kind of joke. I'm very glad it has worked for all of the positive reviewers, but 10 seconds into each chapter that participated in this echoing voice idea just really turned me off. I'm not sure how this works for people.

Being a restless sleeper I was attracted to this title because it would play for 6+ hours through the night. I used it for the first time last night and managed to stay asleep. Some titles will take you deep into relaxation only to wake you up again. I didn't notice that happening with this title. So far so good.
