Awful. Don't waste your time and money.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

This book is of no use to anyone.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I managed to listen to the point where the author advised people prone to anxiety to be "more strong willed". Then I noped it the hell out of my library.
