Un Paralyzed Shattering Limits and Finding Freedom

Loved the overall message of this book. It is one of insightful optimism and practical insightful empowerment. My brother became a parapalegic after a tree climbing accident. I found this book really helpful in understanding the challenges my brother is facing and things he can do to make best of the situation.

This book is well written and has excellent narration. I like how it has a discussion question section after each chapter. It helps to summarize each chapter and reinforce what you just learned.

I have listened to many Audible Audiobooks (over 300) and this is one is now my new top ten favorites.
