I stumbled upon this Audible by searching for “Unmotivated” because that’s just how I’ve been feeling since COVID. I went from being super active - weekly gym and volunteering for either my church or a nonprofit organization - to not wanting to do anything and gaining about 30 pounds. I think I’m on my 8th episode in one go. Very easy, feel good listen. I don’t see myself max-deadlifting another 200 pounds anytime soon (or ever again), but getting myself mentally back on track by giving this a listen is a start.
