Yes I was stressed beyond belief before listening to this title and by 5 minutes in it was all gne amazing!!!!

the whole experience was amazing the stress relief was the best part and after 25 minutes it was completely gone, I feel like a new person

If you are skeptical about this hypnosis thing don't be, I didn't fall asleep but I found peace within myself and plan to use this technique on a regular basis and will listen to this book on a near daily basis
