Publisher's Summary

There was once a day I attended some courses after college. I sat for the exam, although, it wasn't my first exam experience, but I had a little hitches with memory. Trust me, memory failed me. Sincerely speaking, in whatever it is you're going as a human being, you need memory. You could record your daily activities with a perfect memory. Even your spouse won't take it lightly with you if you can't recall his/her birthday dates, phone number, as well as some basic information about your relationship. You really don't have to be a student before memory can be useful to you. At your place of work, at home, in your relationship, you need memory, hence, you need this book.

This book is based on general information you need to enhance memory, as well as the learning strategies you could employ in ensuring you utilise your memory well. You'd need a sharp memory to learn faster and also remember what you've tried to learn. This would further enhance your productivity.

The question is " why do you need this book?" And the answer remains that you need this book, because it's everything you need to explore your memory to its fullest utilization.

Decent Read...but

The book was ok. The concepts in the story were interesting and looked meaningful. However, It took too long for the book to actually begin and a lot of needless repetition with some words. There are some books that I feel would be better to have a hard copy of, and I think this book is one of them. I had a hard time focusing on the book. The author, in my opinion, could have put some more excitement into his reading to help draw my attention better. Overall, it was a decent book. I just think there are some areas where it could be improved.

A very useful book

A lot of very practical tips on how to improve your memory, with clear explanations. He got really repetitive in the beginning in his "you can do anything if you really try" speech, but overall, I'd recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant.

I judge a book on how easy the ideas it presents could be put into practice and in that regard the book is an absolute gem.
It is also concise reading (~130 pages) and goes directly to the point which are the things that I particularly like.

useful

This is a short monograph on memory techniques. This is an overview and not a primer which would have had more examples and exercises. But this is a good, short book to understand different memory development techniques.

An amazingly useful book. I can already see its influence on my daily life and I can remember much more than ever before. Be sure to actually DO the exercises if you want the full impact! Just one chapter a day can truly expand your mind and set you up for success.

Exceptional book

I would have given this five stars, I can live without the recipe pictures BUT in the front of the book the author lists do and don’t foods and completely missed the fruits. Veggies, lentils, fats, grains etc were listed but no fruits.
