Publisher's Summary

"We're free. I'm free. Never again will we have to face the Moonlight pack."

Beaten, punched, slapped, kicked, tortured. That was Celina's life with the pack who was supposed to take care of her. She was nothing but their slave.

And then one day, she decided that it had to stop. She would run away. And she did. And when she shifted, little did Celina know that she was the last pure white wolf in the world. Or that she was special. She just knew she was different.

Axel was everything the alpha of her old pack was not. He was strong, powerful, demanding. And apparently he was the only pitch-black wolf left in the world. When little Celina ran through his territory, he knew he was hers forever.

Running away seemed to be the best decision she ever made, but will a destiny that was foretold long before she was born rip her apart about things in her past? Or will she show everyone she's not the weak girl her old pack made her out to be?

Lustful Sexy and Emotional 💜💜💜

Overall the book was great looking forward to starting the next one! There's funny parts there's lustful parts there's parts that might make you cry like a baby!
Dislikes wasn't a fan on how the leading man treats the leading lady from time to time. Not a fan of how timid our leading lady is but knowing her back story it's understandable. Hope her character is developed more in the next book.
I like how they bring a goddess and magic into the story. Good book to relax to. It's not a over thinker where you're trying to figure the characters out.
The Performance needs some work. The Stephanie has a nice voice to listen to but it doesn't change much from character to character. I would keep her for the female voices and maybe look at getting a man for the male voices. 💜💜💜

Meh

There was a lot of plot issues that really made reading this book hard. I finished the book but it was not enjoyable and left me with no desire to read more .

WTH with the reviews?!?!

I write this review to caution those that choose a book based on reviews...read this at your own risk.
This story has so much potential, and the narration was good. A little monotone, but consistent. My let down was with the juvenile writing and repetitiveness...Good Lord get a thesaurus, and stop stating the obvious.
At about half way through this book I had to look up the author, and the bio revealed the author is young, a “girl/woman” to be exact. This book needed some serious editing and to stop referring to characters as her “fake parents”, but then go on to explain how much she loved them...what the hell ever happened to the word ‘adoptive’?!?
The heroine was inconsistent and riding such a death defying emotional rollercoaster, I think she should have been diagnosed bipolar, or at the very least suffering from serious depression.
The immaturity of the writing style completely clashed with the love scenes...
Good imagination and strong potential but poor execution...will not be reading the rest of the series

So cheesy 🙄

So I am about halfway through the book but I almost can’t finish it. I will finish it but I don’t really want to. The storyline is very cliche but it had potential however the characters were absolutely appalling and dumb.

But then she escapes and goes through another packs territory they bring her to the alpha he instantly knows she is him mate blah blah. Shes a special kind of Wolf the only one left in the world. He is a special wolf. She’s afraid of him. he wants her. she runs he runs after her. The pack is in awe of her. So bad

Did anyone actually finish listening to this? Not only was the story of a 16 year old child and a 20 year old man. Disgusting at best.
Then this disgustingly sweet voice ruins the whole thing.

Not for me.

Wonderful

I love this story, The fact that she was beaten then brought to her mate Axel turned into the woman she became, Also the fact that she'll become the next moon goddess was mind blowing.

A for effort - poor writing

there is an a for effort but there really is so many issues within the story that it makes it hard to make it believable. There is a horrible progression of character development and so many toxic traits and gaslighting that is passed on as legitimate relationship bonding and growing. This could have been done so much better and really had a fun story line although it's been used many many times over and over with the werewolf Clans. I wish they would have taken more time to learn about healthy relationships instead of using toxic masculinity as a sign of safe and secure relationship. it really was done pretty poorly for the majority of the book. It really only got fascinating and interesting to listen to in the last two or three chapters and then it ended on a cliffhanger. There's no closer to the entire story and it's a horrible way to end what could have been at least a decent ending to the story. I've just started the second part of the story series but I'm not holding my breath.

Plot holes

Spoilers:
Why does the moon goddess act like she knows nothing, and if Axel can't remember anything, what is he reporting to his mom? Super repetitive sentences like. '"I'm frustrated,' he said with frustration. And another annoying thing is the whole.. I said"XYZ" to convey XYZ. Some of the been tenses are wrong, and the narrator didn't bother to correct it. The premises were interesting, but some of the plot sounds like a teen wrote it. Triplets And the doctor immediately knows she only has a 25 perfect chance of surviving because of pain? I don't think this was researched at all....

classic "so bad, it's almost good"

I've laughed so hard listening to this. The writing is really not the best, the characters def unrealistic, facts are getting mixed up and overall low quality. Is the MC white as snow or tanned? Did she have tonnes of scars or none at all? Anyhow, I was entertained throughout.

If you find bad writing entertaining, this book's definitely for you!

Amazing

Wow, this book is brilliant, brutal but brilliant! Violet really has written this book very well. There’s no hesitation in the style, it’s ruthless towards the end but necessary. The emotion is fantastic. Stephanie gives a heartfelt performance which is absolutely captivating.

Loved it ❤️

Loved this book and looking forward to a continuation. The poor reviews of the second book has kind of deflated my interest tho, disappointing 😫

Worth a read if you like werewolf stories

I enjoyed this book, however the ending was really abrupt, but I guess that was to entice you to read the next book (which I will be doing).

It was good

This was a good book though some areas will rub people the wrong way it was good, funny characters and a great story line I'm looking forward to getting the next book only main fault that rubbed me the wrong way was the slammed on the breaks ending it just stopped
