Mason and Julia!

The epic love story of Mason and Jules continues. In order to protect her, Mason needs her to believe that her husband was not who he appeared and the end result was no more than he deserved. He will do whatever is necessary to keep her safe even if that means keeping her captive especially as they do not know for sure who is determined to ensure the secrets of the past remain secrets.

Jules tries to cope with the devastation that her whole life and marriage was a lie and with the knowledge that Mason may not be much better. Will she believe that she is really in danger or will she believe that this is just another lie that Mason is feeding her and in the end will she ever be able to forgive him?

Just when you think you know where the story is going there is another surprise that throws you for a loop and the drama keeps you on the edge of your seat. Although they were brought together under the worst of circumstances they prove how forgiving love can be. I enjoyed the performance by the narrators as they brought out the angst and intrigue of this story.

Definite Unforgiven

So I am falling in Willow Winters. Although this was my first listen from Jae Delane and Patrick Garrett, and found myself enjoying. I look forward to listen more from Jae Delane and Patrick Garrett. They really brought the characters to life.

Steamy

You could feel the chemistry of Mason and Jules through the pages of this book. There were so many twists that you were not sure who to believe and even though I finished reading it, I still have doubt about some people. It was a little too steamy for me, and I didn’t like the excessive F-bombs, but it was a great story. Willow knows how to mess with your mind.

Never trust anyone

When you love someone you think nothing can break you apart. Lies have a way of destroying even the best relationships.
Secrets always come to light

I skipped several chapters out of frustration!

I wanted to like this book but the male narrator drove me nuts! And Jules was no better... I liked the story line and wished it was better.

I just found my new favorite Willow Winters Book! I wanted to give this more than ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️’s
When I say this book is fanfuckintastic! It’s an understatement!

Yes we have sex, romance, murder and what have you. Such talent!
The only thing I was not 100 % thrilled with was the audio had to be speed up just a bit! I enjoy reading and listening at the same time!

Unforgiven ruined the allure of this duet

I was dying to know what would happen next with Jules and Mason. The ending of the first book was so very good. I have to say had not been for the oh so lovable narration I would not have liked this book all that much.

Julia acted like a damn fool and it completely ruined the story for me. I'm so disappointed. I loved Imperfect. It was so good. While this one does have a bit of mystery, I couldn't get over my hatred for Julia with each page.

On another note, the narration was very good. It was nice listening to these two narrators. They are my saving grace and I thank them for getting me through this book.

Dark Romance to the Last Moments!

Wowzer, did this part of the story get dark....I mean DAAAARK! This concludes Julia and Mason's story and I am pretty speechless with this ride. Right at the beginning since you found out some secrets Julia and Mason are in a very delicate situation. I thought Mason was all swoony and sweet but I got to see a very dark side to his being and I was very unsure if I could continue my love for this character. Julia tried to be a stronger character but I think she fell flat. I enjoyed the new mystery, the twists, turns, and the new revelations...just WOW! Overall this duet appealed to my dark side and I enjoyed all the frustration, darkness, and crazy that happened along the way.
