Best easy book so far

This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Almost everyone can benefit from CBT at some point in their life. It's easy to listen and very helpful in understanding yourself and those around you.

Awesome!

The audiobook was full of wonderful and effective information. Looks like the author has a huge amount of knowledge about this particular topic. As I wanted to redefine my behavior for the greater good. This audiobook had successfully able to accomplish my desire. It helped me to be emotionally stable, guide me to manage my anger and many more.

Fantastic

A comprehensive guide to turning me feel deeply

I am very pleased listened to this audible

This audible is one that I would want all of my patients who benefit from CBT to have their copy of. The author did an excellent job of making CBT very user friendly for anyone who might be feeling too overwhelmed in the current moment of their lives to focus on less user friendly audible.

Well audio book

This was just okay. I'm all about retraining my brain to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. I felt like this book mostly focuses on one of the symptoms of depression, lack of motivation to get things done. Every chapter has you setting goals & trying to accomplish them.

Wonderful audiobook

I really enjoyed the approach this book takes. It encourages you to go through slowly, one chapter per week, doing the exercises and really thinking about how you feel and why you feel that way. The book encourages you to change aspects of your thinking and your behavior by suggesting alternative ways of being. A lot of the material proved to be an eye opener for me.

Helpful audiobook to listen

I thought this was a good audiobook with good insights and ideas to get motivated to live a healthier life. The authors stress living in-the-moment and provide several ways to help do this. I thought the audiobook was helpful and worthwhile to listen to.
