Green Hornet
Acerca de esta escucha
The Green Hornet debuted on a Detroit station, WXYZ, on January 31, 1936, and later aired on the Mutual and ABC Blue networks until its final broadcast on December 5, 1952. The masked crime fighter was the secret identity of newspaper publisher Britt Reid, who relied on his valet, Kato, and a supercharged roadster, the Black Beauty. Al Hodge portrayed The Green Hornet during the series' first seven seasons, followed by Donovan Faust, Robert Hall, and Jack McCarthy. The series was created by the same team that brought The Lone Ranger to the air.

Another Excellant Story of the Green Hornet!
What made the experience of listening to Unexpected Meeting the most enjoyable?
The twist laid out between the recurring character of Oliver Perry and Britt Reid protecting his identity. A very believeable scene!!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Britt Reid really shinned in this episode, he was much more inportant to the story than his alter ego the Grenn Hornet!
What about the narrator’s performance did you like?
As always he kept the story going in a minimal and fluid way.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Oliver Perry tries to corner the Green Hornet!
Any additional comments?
The episode is presented and acted in the usual high quality performances related to this long running show! A great listen for anyone!
