Acerca de esta escucha
If you want to live a life free from stress, anxiety, and drama, then this is the book for you. Do you want to learn why your mind is so noisy? Why it constantly talks to you? Then this is the book for you.
It explores the evolution of our mind from our primitive ancestral past and why the three simple mechanisms it uses to keep us safe from danger simply don't work in our complex, modern environment. It explains why our minds make us unhappy. It will allow you to understand the conversations your mind is having and why they exist. This gives you the confidence to ignore the conversations and regain the power over your thoughts.
It teaches three simple techniques to observe this behavior in yourself, regain focus and then how to transform your life and health by changing your perspective of the world. The techniques are simple to understand and simple to master but only if you're ready to do a few minutes of work each day.
The benefits of a silent mind are many. No worrying about tomorrow. No constantly reliving the past. No anxiety, no stress, no drama. No procrastination. No self doubt. No judgment or criticism of yourself or others. Just a deep inner peace and joy that makes every cell in your body come alive.
If you want to learn true happiness, this book is the place to start.

The List Arguement
I really enjoyed how the author explained the process of us listing things as a survival mechanism. The book concludes with the powerful statement of appreciation of all. Excellent book!
