Poor content of supplied PDF

Although the content is average quality, the attached PDF is very poor quality. The bonus PDF is a fragmented document with missing pages and paragraphs which makes it unreadable at all.
I have contacted the publisher through Audible who ,to my frustration, refused to take any action despite Audible acknowledging that the document is defective.
