Uncharted tackles the evidence and stories of visiting distant lands that abound from many cultures, such the Egyptian, Greeks, Celts, Vikings, as well as various people from Asia; and one large Chinese group likely settled in the Americas in 100 BC, which current DNA evidence supports. Columbus should be remembered, but remembered for the conquering tyrant he was. These other groups did not come to conquer, but to trade, explore, and escape.

The Americas and Its Visitors

Uncharted takes you on a journey through the Americas and the impacts that were felt around the globe, from ancient times through Columbus.

It was an interesting read, and as a historian, it opened some questions that I had not considered before. I am interested in doing some further research and seeing where it goes.

Great read overall!

Too much like the author's previous works.

I read Uncharted which I liked, initially. So, I got Templars In America, a previous work by this author. I kid you not, at least 50% of Uncharted & Templars In America are IDENTICAL! I'm not exaggerating. Not only is there too much overlapping information, it is presented in both books VERBATIM!

Written for the Conspiracy Buff

This books makes so many claims so quickly that it is hard to follow. The style and presentation makes it clear that the authors have risked their life and livelihood - not to mention their academic reputations - to bring you the information so carefully hidden from view by THEM. It breathlessly leaps from "the Pharaohs ate popcorn" to "Michigan supplied the world with copper during Bronze age".

I know a lot about some of the various voyages they speak of, and they have a knack of making the most reasonable, well documented and scientifically ground research sound like it dovetails with ancient alien bologna.

Sad thing is, it gives the entire field of research another bunch of rubbish to endure and overcome.

This book is a stinker.
