Just what a beginner needed to hear. I enjoyed and noted quite a bit of important outlooks.

knowledge on soap given is limited

I'm having a hard time moving on to the business aspect of this book. for the pure reason that so much of what is said about soapmaking is limited or just wrong. for instance . it states that lye is sodium hydroxide. which is true. however there is also Potassium Hydroxide lye. it mentions melt and pour and cold process. but leaves out hot process, or the old fashioned boil method that is called Extreme Heat Fluid Process today. it also states that the only way to make soap without lye, is to do melt and pour. however soap can be made from scratch using baking soda and a few more steps. Lye is continually mentioned as being toxic. Lye is not toxic, it is caustic. Lye has been used for centuries in the making of food products. and is the only other main ingredient besides water in PH balance beverages. if Lye were toxic we would have killed ourselves off centuries ago. so with that much inconsistency about soap making, I have to doubt the credibility of business knowledge. however, I'll probably finish the book, but take it with a grain of salt

I LOVED this book!

This is the 4th audio book I have listened to as a learning and resource tool and it is my favorite! Other books I have listened to touch on most everything business related but never really go into great detail. Most others are recipe books. I found this book to be packed full of information with great detail and indepth explanation. I will be listening again. The story was engaging and the narration was engaging! Love that! I will have to purchase a hard copy of this one.

robot voice is trash

hatred for this robotic voice that sounded so unnatural, with the wrong inflections that whatever this had to say I completely tuned out. I wish I could get a refund. would've never purchased of I knew some weird a$$ robot was gonna try to read this to me in some crude humanistic facsimile.
disappointed.
