Nice.

It is absolutely loaded with delicious recipes. Before you get into the recipes themselves, there is a good explanation of macronutrient requirements. Many different recipes are included such as breakfast recipes like protein pancakes and vanilla protein porridge. Each recipe has the ingredients, the method, and the macronutrients. There is no fluff, but there is plenty of good stuff. Excellent book!

By far, it's the best book I listen for women who wants to build muscles. Whether you're a beginner or advance, this book is your bible leading you to the right way and goal.

Easy to follow.

This is an amazing book with lots of biological information supported by scientific research! It's not about losing weight. Must listen and follow that work out plan to gain muscle and lose fat.

Helpful for beginners.

WOW! This book is the cure for all the hype, hoopla, pseudo science, and black hat tactics used to market weight loss programs, supplements and exercise fads. The book is a bible of "what works".

Impotant to listening audiobook.

This is an excellent companion audiobook to the regular audiobook . I have been following the exercise and see some real results. My glutes were gaining volume instead of looking like a flat pancake. Furthermore, I have gained more strength following the audiobook.

It is a lot of information

It is a lot of information. Personally, I'm the type of person who wants to educate myself and understand the way things work so I can make my own decisions. The difference between memorizing and actually learning came to mind when listening to this.

This is a GREAT book, with simple, clear instructions on how to lift weights, when to do cardio, and provides information on how to feed yourself to obtain the body of your dreams.

So many wonderful thoughts.

The information is very well sourced and referenced throughout. I'm already naturally thin but wanted more info on building muscle and caloric /nutritional intake. This book has really helped me.
