U.S. Marshal Hunter Cole is called upon to restore peace and stop a gang from attacking a sacred site of the Apaches.

The small town of Thunder Ridge is built near an ancient Apache ruins, where whispers of hidden treasure stir excitement. A notorious gang led by Lucas Crane rides into town, seeking gold and priceless artifacts rumored to be buried by Apache ancestors.

The town’s peace crumbles when its residents start fearing the outlaws’ greed might provoke a war with the Apache tribe.

The town’s mayor realizes he has no choice but to call in U.S. Marshal Hunter Cole to capture every member of the gang and bring them to justice. Hunter, haunted by the death of his brother Ethan who died while studying the ruins, suspects his death was not an accident.

Now, Hunter is desperate to uncover the truth and protect Thunder Ridge.

As tensions escalate due to the Apaches’ mistrust in all the outsiders, Hunter finds an ally in the local schoolteacher, Sarah Evans.

Hunter and Sarah navigate a divided town, with the townsfolk frightened by ruthless outlaws and menacing Apache tribe, as the pair races against time to prevent an all-out war.

Note: Each novel in the Western Justice Adventures series is a standalone story, with sprinkles of romance, that can be read out of order.

Interesting story. The Marshall was too indecisive. The townspeople were so clueless. But there was a good side story about the Apache’s. The AI narration was painful.

1. The virtual narration is very poor
2. The story line is implausible.
3. The language is stilted and strange. I grew up in the west. People do not talk like this.
