Type 1 Diabetes – True Stories is an incredible listen. Neil is an amazing storyteller who brings honesty, humor, and depth to life with Type 1 diabetes. Through stories spanning more than three decades of living with T1D, he provides insight into the many different experiences, challenges, and perspectives that come with it.

As someone who also lives with Type 1 diabetes, I found this audiobook extremely relatable. One of the most powerful takeaways is how much community matters—how connection, shared experiences, and helping others in need can truly shift perspective and play a huge role in diabetes management.
