Joshua and Daniel who grew up together near Chambersburg, Pennsylvania were taught at an early age to scout, and become marksmen. Their gifted talents were soon to be used as the Civil War has just begun. General Lee's Northern Virginia Army was marching toward Chambersburg, near Joshua and Daniels home. They soon were approached by the Union Captain who was in charge of the many Union Army warehouses in Chambersburg to scout, and gather information of any Confederate Army approaching Pennsylvania. They soon were in enemy territory, and this is their story of those early months of a bloody war, and encroaching Confederate Army.
