love this series

this series isn't the genre that I usually enjoy but the characters are so wonderfully written, relatable, and quirky that I can't wait to see what happens next. I wish I had a friend like Val.

fun story

great narrator, this series is a great summer read. I can't wait to read the 3rd book.

The finger

I really loved the first book in this series. This one was a bit silly in some ways. I know it’s just fiction; however, e do like some of the legalities referred to, to actually be halfway according to florida law. (As in the last book there was mention of “common law marriage” Florida has not recognized that for at least 50 years. Even so, I will continue to follow Val, as I love to read books set here in florida; and I’m running out of Authors and series to read. I do enjoy most of her capers. Thank you ms. Lashley and I hope that you will continue to keep writing and developing this character.

Narrator Is A Little Fast

Slowed the speed down one notch, still a little fast. Loved the first book, though not a fan of when a second book is multiple hours less. Especially when the narration seems oddly fast.

Fun

It’s a light and easy listen. The narrator brings the different characters to life and you can’t help but love Jorge, Goober and Winky.

Fun Story

I like the fun storylines in these books despite them being farfetched. I enjoy the narrator as well. I find it hard to believe that Val and her cop boyfriend are hanging out with a group of homesless men but the characters are fun.

Love this series! Val is someone everyone can relate to. Can't wait to read the next one!

Crazy Two - This book is hilarious!!

I loved this book, it was funny, I think k it was funnier than the first book and that book was hilarious. I love all of these characters and the things they say it’s very believable and fun. I even listen to these audio books while I’m driving!! Can’t wait to start the third one!
