Publisher's summary

Humanity needs a savior. But a rivalry between two tinkers threatens to destroy the world they're trying to free.

Cadmus Errol is the greatest inventor that Tellurak has ever known. His clockwork graces the spires of cities across the world. Yet in another, darker world, he lives the life of a slave. There, humanity is held underfoot, bound in service to the victors of a war fought untold generations ago. It will take all the wits and resources of the best that humanity can muster to break that hold. Can Cadmus Errol, the Mad Tinker, be the one to free them all? Or will his daughter take a shortcut through dangerous science to wipe out humanities oppressors?

a great Multiverse with lots of potential

with a Multiverse so vast and so many options this has the potential to have a lot more stories come from it. I hope there are more.

complex story - deep character

I enjoyed the first book more, but only because it was simpler. The plot threads are complicated but not tangled...just knotted tightly. It has the game of thrones unexpected death shocks and scattered story lines, but in a much more compact and accessible framework. There are many recognizable characters from the first series but make no mistake, except for small parts this stands alone extremely well. recommended.

Well done.

Great narrator, long story well crafted intellectually. Good closer, read Awakening prior to for some context and to enrich the universe more. Author is a brilliant story teller, proper amount of details. Heroine character with depth and a good conscience. Lots of good characters. Harry Potter esque but adult minded with decorum. Great possibilities in regarding to possible future tales. Worthy of a ole vet what youth was once like while transporting me over the road of life to better adventurous places

Unsatisfied

I didn’t like how it ended. It could have been a lot better and it is annoying to me that it wasn’t.

good story

Would you consider the audio edition of Twinborn Chronicles to be better than the print version?

good job on the overall but go a little to predictable the last couple of chapters after having read the other series.

Enormous, well written, innovative

This is the end of a seven book series that was a great value and we'll written. I didn't feel like any of the prose was painful, and it explored themes that interests me. Extra points for the value and breadth. Not my favorite series in the genre, but a great buy.

Awesome continuation of the chronicles

The main characters in the story switch, yet you get a chance to see what happens to some of the characters from the prequel. Morin is a master story teller and Naramore is a 1 man cast of many voices. Cant say enough good things about this series!
