Spoke to my soul

There were times when I paused this audio book so I could fully soak in its depth and the synchronicities it had to my life. I was hooked until I finished this book. I cried a few times, and really let go of a lot of weight I didn’t know I had. This book is so much more than just a romantic connection book. It’s a guide to find your most authentic vibration and expand the mind itself. Loved this book! 100/10!

It’s ok. One chapter is good.

I really wanted to love this book, and in truth I only love one chapter, in Audible it’s chapter 8.

The mirror exercise is very valuable, Then I realized, you could get it for free by googling mirror exercise and spiritual. There is a very good blog that detailed it and was helpful.

Jeff (the story is mostly from his perspective) has a level of spiritual superiority that I find hard to stomach. He seems to consider himself a twin flame guru, a pure channel from the divine. Yet all pure channels and gurus that I’ve interacted with over the past 20 years – which is many- never call themselves such. They don’t have to.

Jeff sometimes referred him to himself as “I” other times refers to himself in the third person, “Jeff and Shaleia“

He makes strange claims —like, to find out if you are truly the masculine or the feminine twin… assess whether you like to receive during sex, or whether you like to give. If you like to receive you’re feminine, and if you like to give, you’re masculine.
Ummm, What about those of us who like both aspects?
His claim that each Twin is either 100% masculine or 100% feminine doesn’t jive with anything I’ve ever learned from the guides, gurus, or teachers mentioned above. Or with my own gut.

Also, their claim that the twin flame is your one and only true love is enticing, but somewhat misguided.
Consider AH Almaas, was married when he met his twin, and went on to form a marvelous body of work with her, the Diamond Approach, while still remaining married, and in love with his wife. He has a wonderful three part series on Sounds True that talks about this. They don’t use the term twin flame, but it’s exactly what he and the episcopal priest are discussing, through their unique experiences.

Twin relationships can show up in a myriad ways, that are not always monogamous romantic relationships. They are designed to awaken us #1. And can show up as romantic, which is many of us would like!

I have a friend whose twin is gay, but they have this magical chemistry, and can also trigger each other to no end.
Another of my friends had his twin as a lover, “my best lover ever,” and let her go move away because she is an adventurous free spirit, and almost 30 years younger than him. His words: why wouldn’t I want my soul to expand? I don’t want keep her here on this island if her nature is to adventure.

I loved the reader’s voice, however she read so slowly that I had to speed it to 1.2 or 1.4.

I absolutely loved this book! Jeff and Shaleia are such loving teachers. I actually read through a few parts twice! If you are interested in Twin Flames, want to embark on your Twin Flame journey or are already on your Twin Flame journey, I HIGHLY recommend this book! Their other resources are awesome too!
