do your research, don't get involved, it's a cult.

I'm open-minded and I can get into most things but there's a point where open-mindedness can be dangerous just read with caution and read other sources before you arrive at your truth. always only take what resonates with you if it doesn't resonate with you then leave the rest behind. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after reading multiple sources and finishing the book it left a bad aftertaste in my mouth that I really want to cleanse myself of. oh well I only lost a few dollars i just feel more sick for the poor lost souls that have joined their cult in search of their twin flame. I feel really bad for the coaches that have spent a lot more and have probably done a lot of damage to their lives so I just hope that everyone of the members of their facebook group is okay.

It’s ok. One chapter is good.

I really wanted to love this book, and in truth I only love one chapter, in Audible it’s chapter 8.

The mirror exercise is very valuable, Then I realized, you could get it for free by googling mirror exercise and spiritual. There is a very good blog that detailed it and was helpful.

Jeff (the story is mostly from his perspective) has a level of spiritual superiority that I find hard to stomach. He seems to consider himself a twin flame guru, a pure channel from the divine. Yet all pure channels and gurus that I’ve interacted with over the past 20 years – which is many- never call themselves such. They don’t have to.

Jeff sometimes referred him to himself as “I” other times refers to himself in the third person, “Jeff and Shaleia“

He makes strange claims —like, to find out if you are truly the masculine or the feminine twin… assess whether you like to receive during sex, or whether you like to give. If you like to receive you’re feminine, and if you like to give, you’re masculine.
Ummm, What about those of us who like both aspects?
His claim that each Twin is either 100% masculine or 100% feminine doesn’t jive with anything I’ve ever learned from the guides, gurus, or teachers mentioned above. Or with my own gut.

Also, their claim that the twin flame is your one and only true love is enticing, but somewhat misguided.
Consider AH Almaas, was married when he met his twin, and went on to form a marvelous body of work with her, the Diamond Approach, while still remaining married, and in love with his wife. He has a wonderful three part series on Sounds True that talks about this. They don’t use the term twin flame, but it’s exactly what he and the episcopal priest are discussing, through their unique experiences.

Twin relationships can show up in a myriad ways, that are not always monogamous romantic relationships. They are designed to awaken us #1. And can show up as romantic, which is many of us would like!

I have a friend whose twin is gay, but they have this magical chemistry, and can also trigger each other to no end.
Another of my friends had his twin as a lover, “my best lover ever,” and let her go move away because she is an adventurous free spirit, and almost 30 years younger than him. His words: why wouldn’t I want my soul to expand? I don’t want keep her here on this island if her nature is to adventure.

I loved the reader’s voice, however she read so slowly that I had to speed it to 1.2 or 1.4.

Don't bother...Its a CULT

I read this and joined the FB group. I have never been so grossed out by people trying to upsell you straight up garbage. Do I believe Twin Flames exist? Yes. do I believe these two and their minions? Hell no!

Mirror exercise

Mirror exercise is a good cognitive distortion exercise, but I had to spend the timing up because the reader is super slow, I guess, for mystical effect, but I don't find it necessary.

Toxic and dangerous

I listened to this before I knew anything about Jeff and Shaleia and the current lawsuits against them and the Vice articles and Netflix and Amazon documentaries exposing their cult, Twin Flames Universe. Even so, it was evident to me from the book that Jeff is narcissistic and that the premise of achieving what the authors call “twin flame union”, which in large part is done through a pseudo shadow work process called ‘mirroring’, is an abusive mind control tactic. The book outright states that if you’re in an abusive relationship, it’s your own fault and you need to do the inner work to clear your “blocks” which separate you from your own divinity.

Please be aware that the person Keeley whose relationship with her “ultimate lover for life” is heavily documented in this book has left the cult and is campaigning against the predatory threat of this dangerous couple who hide behind love n light whilst funding their luxury lifestyle at the expense of their members whose lives are being ruined.

Listen with extreme caution and critical thinking! Or better yet, don’t bother.
