incomplete

this book carries on with assumptions that you know what is happening when you don't. I agree with others it feels like there is a book missing from between this one and the previous one

My favorite book in the series

I loved this book when I read it; loved Jesse in particular. The audio version was good but I probably expected too much from the narrator who was good but not great.

Love the story

The world, the story, the happy ending, read this when I was younger and it was a lovely hit of nostalgia since I didn’t realize she had added to the series after I had read it and hoped so badly for more, love this series so much!!!!

Old narrator is back!!!

So happy to continue the story with the right one reading for the characters. The previous book was rough just due to the new narrator. You made the right choice!

Great Series but Titles Are Confusing

It was hard to jump from book 4, "Darkest Hour" to "Twilight" because there seemed to be a few things missing between the two books. Then I discovered that "Haunted" should be numbered book 5 and "Twilight" should be numbered book 6. These last two books do not even have the Mediator as part of the title no less the correct numbers. It would be much easier for fans to follow the series if the listings were more consistent.

Narrator is distracting

I was interested in hearing the story as there were some creative bits that peaked my interest, but the narrator was so distracting that I had to quit listening. Her tone is unreal and doesn't match the character. She makes what should be a pretty cool character sound like a complete dork. Also, she makes what should be the love interests sound like goofy children's storybook characters. I couldn't get into the love interests at all because they were miss characterized by voice. I simply couldn't hear the story through the readers distracting and off base interpretation. The tone is wrong wrong wrong.
