Bit bloodthirsty but good

Well now! The dark side of Charlie is quite dark indeed! She leaves a trail of bodies with literally no remorse. Oh well! It was a funtastic story all the same!

Witty

Loved the crossover with the Poppy Perkins series. Really funny repartee although Charlie is very juvenile for her age. I’d like to see her mature a bit as time goes on.

The tasing is getting a bit old. Charlotte should have heart problems by now! Also, doesn’t make sense that she’s out of shape and not doing some self-defense training. Nobody is that lucky to survive the number of tasering and beatings Charlie has in such a short time.

Reminds me of the Miss Fortune series by Jana DeLeon. Another favorite of mine.

The narrator is excellent!! I wouldn’t have enjoyed the book as much without this narrator. She makes the characters come to life. The voices are individual, and her comedic timing is right on point! I’ll definitely look for other reads by this narrator!

Great narrator

I loved it all! Best series I've listened to. I look forward to reading or listening to her other books.

charlie, Rosy, Dot rock

unique characters, great story line, and yet hilariously funny lines. great narration. setting it all in Hawaii makes it even better. A female Magnum P I

Charlie's maturity

Charley grows up in this story. She's come a long way. It brings the original story arc to an end. I love how the previous title fliwed right into this one.

Love this series!

Loved the characters and the setting. The humor with plots that make you think are awesome. Worth the read.

Another great story

LOVED LOVED LOVED how Poppy and Ophelia (characters from another series) came into the story. All the incidences and resolving of the "crimes" were well done. My criticism is that is some places it was too gruesome. And i am still struggling with Charlie's "Dirty Harry" resolve at the end. I understand but.....

I am truly enjoying books written by Jasmine Webb. They are funny, creative, and interesting. The characters are multi dimensional and the situations are intriguing. Not to mention the superb narration.

I am listening to each of Ms. Webbs different series and for each series I excitedly wait for the next release preorder so that I can listen as soon as it is released.

Another great addition

Jasmine Webb has crafted another great addition to her Charlotte Gibson Mystery series, all the characters such as Rosie and Dot are in this one too. It’s full of laugh out loud humor with a great mystery as well.
I always look forward to the next installment.
Khristine Hvam , as always gave a standout performance as she breathed life into the storyline and gave each character their own distinct voice.
I highly recommend this book/audiobook and series to cozy mystery fans.

Charlie and all of her companions are so funny and the story is exciting with lots of great subplots.
