You will learn the basic types of equipment you need to get you started on your projects saving you time and money by avoiding purchasing equipment that can be added on to later. What did you like best about this story?
The book itself is an essential, easy to hear and understand, reference guide for musicians (and non-musicians) who are new to home recording. It is also great for older musicians, like me, who spent their formative years on a quest to perfect the analog-based world of audio recording. I highly recommend.

Abysmal
Someone churning out sub-par "how to" guides as fast as possible for money. No insight, nuance, detail, or wisdom is included. Frequent grammar and recording mistakes, as well. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this isn't just a book I didn't like: paying for this book was like someone stealing your money.
