I liked the story, her journey of ups and downs and the people she met. The highs and lows were relatable, and the journey down the spiritual path in the US, a place where it’s not easy to go against the grain and have a spiritual, plant medicine and healing journey in the chaos and high cost ways of living. I look a lot of inspiration from her highs and lows and always managing to figure things out, despite some pretty challenging obstacles. I think of her story often, and am thankful for having come across this book. Hearing the story from her own words made me fee more connected to the experience.
