What the f was that?

I heard that this audiobook was voice generated and it all went downhill from there. Everything about this audiobook is wrong. The AI is expectedly bad. It reads lines with every wrong inflection that makes it obvious you’re listening to a robot. Listening feels like a test of endurance. And don’t get me started on the writing. It’s incomprehensible. There’s dialogue inserted that interrupts the flow and doesn’t add anything. We don’t even know if it’s historically accurate. The way events are summarized doesn’t make much sense and the stories will focus on odd things while glossing over others. It feels like it was written by AI. I have no idea why this has such high reviews. It sucks.
