Yet another typical, lame story on audible.

I am so tired of these same old stories. Prior to listening to this I listened to Bubblehead Road which I enjoyed, so I decided to listen to another short story by the same author. I have had one dud after another on audible lately, with almost all of the books and short stories being similar in style and lame, lazy imagination as this one. I know that this is harsh, and this review is not only for this story, but all of them likes it. I find it absolutely maddening that so many authors are continually putting out stories like this. They are clogging up the landscape so that it's hard to weed through them to get to something decent. I don't know why they bother. Is it that they feel the need to just put SOMETHING out so "this will do"? I honestly can't imagine that any author who puts out one of these same, old, predictable stories would feel that this is even close to their best work, and if you don't feel that way about your work, you probably shouldn't release it. I am soooooo tired of wasting my time. If the next thing I choose ends up being like this I will absolutely SCREAM!

It really doesn't matter if you listen to this story or another of the thousands like it. I wish I had not.
