I so needed this!

I just lost my 22 year old daughter 12-23-2021. I have been stuck in the guilt/why didn’t I do more…until I listened to this story of a mom that did everything right and still had the same result. I’m beginning to understand that suicide is not always preventable. Thank you for sharing your stories!

A toolbox & survival kit for grievers

This podcast helped me survive the loss of my daughter 12/22/21. I was completely broken and falling apart until I found this podcast. Both these amazing moms are uniquely skilled and they provide the perfect atmosphere for those who are grieving and struggling to cope with suicide loss.

I was fortunate to find this podcast shortly after losing my daughter. I have listened to every single episode at least two times. Tony & Nora do an amazing job at helping grievers build a toolbox for survival. Every episode is organized, well thought out and extremely thorough.
