Publisher's Summary

He's my nemesis. My tormentor. A notorious criminal with a smoldering smile to mask the devil hidden beneath, conniving, threatening, brutal. He stalks me from the shadows. Makes me itch to place him behind bars.

But he has an offer I can't refuse. A major risk with the perfect reward. I can't let down my guard. Can't be tempted to trust him. Not even when I begin to understand his corrupt ways. Because the only face the devil shows is the one he wants you to see. And all I’m seeing is hunger.

Thrilling Enemies to Lovers Romance!

I was so excited to finally find out more about Cole Torian after seeing bits and pieces of him in previous books. I knew that FBI agent, Anissa Fox, would be the perfect match for him. She has been investigating his family and wants to take them down. We first met her in Decker when she arrested Cole's father, thwarting the plans Cole had him. Cole and Anissa begin playing games with each other trying to stay ahead of the other. They become attracted to each other as the games continue. But Anissa is all about rules, and staunch in her black and white judgement, where Cole plays with different rules that are shades of grey. They are both polar opposites with the law but they are both just as passionate about how they carry out justice. The second half was more fast paced and thrilling with twists and turns that I didn't expect. I really loved getting to know Cole and how he viewed his business and how fervently he protected those he loved. I had a hard time connecting with Anissa, and felt she acted contrary, in many cases, for the smart, tough agent she was supposed to be. Because of that I had a hard time feeling their attraction for most of the book. I did finally begin to feel their connection toward the end, and loved how Cole was determined to win her over. It was great having characters from past books make an appearance, and also meeting a couple new, and very intriguing characters as well.
This thrilling, fast paced, and sexy story is once again made even more suspenseful and gripping by narrators DC Cole, and Laura Jennings. They did an amazing job bringing out the complex emotions that Cole and Anissa struggled with. I loved Cole's brilliant performance of the introspective, and protective Cole and the pressure he was under to take down his father while protecting Anissa and not have her see him as a monster. Jennings did a great job portraying Anissa who was so tough, and resolute. Both narrators embodied these characters perfectly, making my heart race from beginning to end.
I love this exciting and steamy 'Hunting Her' series and hope to get a story about sexy, ex-SEAL, Luca next!

Intense and Addictive!

This story is fast paced, dark, and addictive. Torian was raised to rule with an iron fist. His father groomed him from a very young age to show no weakness. Something he has lived by until Anissa. This story is filled with family obligation, betrayal, revenge, and a struggle between good and evil. This is another 5 star must read by Eden Summers.

D.C. Cole and Laura Jennings’ narration took Eden Summers’ amazing story to another level.

Great Romantic Suspense!

This is the third book in the Series. You can read it as a standalone, but believe me, you don't want to miss the entire Series. This is a great Romantic Suspense and enemies to lovers. I love Eden Summers's writing. Cole and Anissa's story is breathtaking, fast-paced, twisted, and suspenseful. I love these two extremely opposite characters: Anissa, an FBI agent and Cole, the head of the Torian Family. They share a slow burn, but strong and sizzling chemistry. Now, I want more about them, and I can't wait for the next book in this amazing and captivating Series. D. C. Cole and Laura Jennings did an amazing job with the narration. I love their voices together! I enjoyed listening to this story, and I highly recommend it.

Torian and Anissa!

Torian is no hero and he fully accepts that, but he has his own set of ethics and certain lines that he is not willing to cross. It is for this reason that he and a woman who should have nothing in common must work together to bring down the man who has become an enemy to both of them even if his methods are somewhat questionable.

Anissa is an FBI agent who has her own reasons, both past and present, to bring down the man that Torian is targeting however she wants the law to deal with his while Torian believes he is the one who must handle it to ensure that he gets the punishment he deserves.

Torian and Anissa are complete opposites brought together for one purpose. They live on opposite sides of the law but there is no denying the chemistry and connection between them and this story leads you on a wild adventure filled with suspense, twists and heat that leave you wanting more of this amazing couple. I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook and thought the narrators did a great job at bringing the strength and grittiness of the characters to life.

I want more!

Romantic suspense has to be my favorite of all the romance sub-genres and Eden Summers is one of the best. This third book in the Hunting Her series had me sucked in and listening til all hours just to see what was going to happen! Anissa is an FBI agent, ready to take down the Torian family, but finds herself in an unusual predicament. Cole Torian, member of the Torian family has taken her, but not for the reasons you may think. This fast paced, action packed book has a story line of inhumanity, greed, strength and loyalty plus a building love story! This is my kind of book. Unexpected twists and turns, steamy passion and an ending to leave you wanting more! Eden Summers, bring it on, I am ready for Luca's story!

Listening to this book requires narrators that can give you everything. DC Cole and Laura Jennings do just that. DC Cole is amazing, and is able to create any circumstance with his voice. We could feel intimidation and fear, and incredible heat and passion with his voice. Laura Jennings is the perfect compliment to him with her talent. She puts so much into her narration that I could see it happening as she was telling it. A performance you don't want to miss and will definitely enjoy.

I Loved this story

Torian is the 3rd book in the Hunting Her series and I was anxiously awaiting this story. I loved Torian. He's tough, ruthless and determined and we learn so much about him is this story and what makes him the person he is today.  For the majority of the novel I really disliked Anissa. Her stubbornness and attitude was so extra, it was a bit annoying.

As expected, this novel was fast-paced and action packed. With twists and turns you won't expect, this story was unpredictable. It will have you hooked from beginning to end and will evoke a range of emotions from you. OMG...and what an ending, it definitely leaves you anxious for more.

I listened to the audible version of this novel. It was narrated by D.C. Cole and Laura Jennings. These two did a marvelous job with the portrayal of these characters and really brought the story to life. It was enjoyable listening to them narrate this story.

Torian was another wonderful addition to this series. I loved it and would highly recommend it to all lovers of romantic suspense and opposites attract stories.

Torian is Awesome!!

Awesomeness!!! Great story about the head of the Torian family. After his father’s disappearance, Cole Torian is in charge of the business, he is tough and ruthless. He needs a ruthless woman and that’s what he gets with agent Anissa. Action all the way through the book, angst and lots of chemistry between the MCs. I bet it was not an easy book to write but the author weaves the story in such a way that nothing is a given, even to the very end. So very Cole ♥️

I had already read the book and loved it but hearing it with the voices of both narrators, wow, loved it a bit more. Smooth and sexy!

your kidding!

after all that Ms Summers, that's the ending?!!
I loved Hunter and Decker but this book was torture. to me, it was so drawn out I nearly didn't finish. the storyline was great but the seesaw of he doesn't trust me, she doesn't trust me and his game, her game, drove my crazy.
it took way to long to move forward and way to much strategizing.
I wasn't keen on the anissa from book 2 and I struggled to like her in this book. for what she is, she came across as naive and constantly delved in poor judgement, which was in total contrast to how she was portrayed In her back story.
I felt she was written Into a corner with no way out, which I guess works right up till the end. but that's only my thoughts, I may have missed the authors intent.
Cole was as I thought and I enjoyed the depth we learned about him and his character in this book.
anissa...I'm still not convinced that she's right for him. she seems to have more brains than common sense.
all in all, I felt the book was too drawn out and I didn't get to empathise with the female heroine. Cole's end game was an easy out....
I'm left feeling frustrated. I'd like to know if anyone else was????

Torian is an enigma

I have previous read Torian, so I knew where the story was going to go.

DC Cole and Laura Jennings really brought Cole and Anissa to life. The raw emotions, the banter and snark shine through their story telling.

From the snippets of Torian I have seen in Hunter and Decker, I knew that Cole Torian's story was going to be an intriguing one.

I wasn't sure where this story was going to take us, and I was pleasantly surprised with what was happening (though, with what is happening, I don't think pleasantly is the right word to be using).

Torian and Anissa's story is gritty and full of twists and turns. I wasn't a big fan of Anissa at first - I can't put my finger on exactly what it was, but she did not endear herself to me. However, as the story progressed I warmed up to her a lot more, and by the end of the book I did like her.

Cole - now, I am pretty sure we are supposed to have a love/hate relationship with him, however I didn't go much on the hate side lol. Things he does are not always the best, however as a person I liked him from the get go. He gets under your skin - and I for one did not want him to get out.

This story had my heart hurting, followed by smiling, with a bit of gut wrenching in between. I just never knew what emotion I would be feeling from chapter to chapter.

It was great to see Hunt and Decker and their ladies for bits and pieces, and it made me realise how much I needed more of them.
