Powerful Positive Effect with Repetition

Brain Health is Important to many but it is so important to me, and listening to this audible book the first time earned it a five star review but more importantly is how listening to the second chapter on audible version repeatedly, once or twice daily has had such a positive effect on my brain probably using neuroplasticity and somehow my subconscious that now after listening to the (positive self-talk for brain health ) each morning during part of my early morning routine and each night as I prepare for sleep , that I've improved my diet appropriately for brain health as well as my exercise schedule and type to optimize brain health including blood flow to the brain.

I recommend this audible version of this book strongly and I wish I had this available decades ago. it is all good but especially chapter 2 with the self-affirmations that can be listened repeatedly for a strong lasting effect .
