Intrepid, adrenaline-fueled, and loaded with behind-the-scenes takes on famous boxers, including Mike Tyson, Wladimir Klitschko, and Miguel Cotto, Dahl’s story offers a modern examination of sexism, dislocation, the theater of boxing, and a roadmap for how to excel in two very different male-dominated worlds.

Very interesting and inspiring

Loved this book I’m a nursing student and this book was so interesting and being a big boxing fan and wanting to be a nurse practitioner this was the best of both worlds! Highly recommend it

Unique Perspective

As a female fighter in the boxing world in NYC myself, reading Dahl's work was both familiar and inspiring. She's reflective and clever, and reading about her evolution was wonderful. I highly recommend her book.
