Story
Our ability to prevent and reverse these conditions—and feel incredible today—is under our control and simpler than we think. The key is our metabolic function—the most important and least understood factor in our overall health. As Dr. Casey Means explains in this book, nearly every health problem we face can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy. To live free from frustrating symptoms and life-threatening disease, we need our cells to be optimally powered so that they can create “good energy,” the essential fuel that impacts every aspect of our wellbeing.

Awesome Day Starter
Though it's not Tim Ferris reading, for a 45 minute listen, its an awesome summary, DEFINITELY worth the mere 2 bucks to buy it. Has great tips from business strategy & application, to fitness and lifestyle design. The part about the daily journal entries is a valuable addition to my daily journal practice. I've listened all the way through maybe 8 times over the past few days.
WORTHYYYYY! 👍

Just did not inspire me.
I purchase this book in hopes of being enlightened. After finally getting through it I found myself bewildered on what I just listened to. All In All I would not recommend this book.

Don't waste your time - poor writing/narration
What disappointed you about Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers?
The writing is awful. The editing is worse. The narrator has no idea how to pronounce things like "ketone" or "TED Talk (T-E-D talk)"
What was most disappointing about Osmosis Jones’s story?
It does a terrible dis-service to Tim Ferriss' work.
Would you be willing to try another one of Kerry O'Hallaron’s performances?
Never.
Any additional comments?
A poorly executed attempt to cash in on a real author's work.

Save your money..
The title is the same of the book and only after purchasing I realized it was not the full book. Why does audible and/or audible allow this to be sold? The author of this summary did not even seem to read the book himself. This is a waste of money and time. What an absolute ripoff!!

I have not done many audibles but could not believe they would charge full price for a f--- summery.

Not much use.
What would have made Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers better?
If it was more of a narrative. This note book style summary doesn't translate to audiobook at all.
What was most disappointing about Osmosis Jones’s story?
Not much value in the notes provided. I think I heard one thing I thought was interesting.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
not really.

Some books have to be read
The nuances of the interviews in this book are so important, they can’t really be summarized. But the book, you won’t get anything out of this summary. Some of the most important parts of this book are not in this summary.
