A town as diverse as Berkeley, California, is never without controversy. Police procedural ala Dorothy Simpson
Any additional comments?
It filled my hunger for a realistic police procedural, although the solution came through an understanding of character - like Dorothy Simpson's novels. However, the protagonist has an unbelievable lifestyle & stamina - unlike Dorothy Simpson's detective.
