Publisher's summary

Tonight, Again marks Clive Barker's first collection since The Books of Blood over 25 years ago. It contains more than 30 primarily erotic short stories and vignettes, most of them previously unpublished. As an exploration of extremes in lush prose and evocative images, Tonight, Again is not to be missed by the author's many fans.

Unsure how I feel about this.

I am unsure of what I just listened to. picked this up in a shorts sale. Just wanted to explore Clive Barker. was not bad, but just not for me. I would not really recommend unless you want to be like "wtf am I listening to" every second. Unsure if that is just Barker though. Novice in his works. Read Hellbound Heart and loved it. Thought this was gonna be like that.

Tonight, Again

One of Clive's most underrated works in my opinion. Clive holds nothing back in this 2017 collection of poems & short stories of erotica.

Ahead of his time

Barker unashamedly shares sexual encounters of every kind. Beautiful, empowering and not afraid to go where others wouldn’t

A good and interesting collection of shorts

Beastly rub and tugs, zucchini al dente, pooties of fire, the stirrup whistler, churchyard dirty figurines, and 17,300 dick pics.
Let the death and begetting begin…

A strangely good collection of shorts and super short shorts. “Strangely good” because I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did not that I didn’t think Clive couldn’t write something good.

Violence, love, sex and torment. It’s Barker, so it’s not a huge surprise that it’s written well. And crude. And messed up.

And I liked it.
