After a shooting that left a suspect dead, Officer Clint Redmond craves a simpler life, and he turns in his badge in Colorado and returns home to Montana. There, he is in no hurry to tell his family the truth behind his untimely departure. However, as they begin to find what they each have been searching for, Clint and Schatten find themselves in danger, and it threatens to break them—and therefore, breaking Rebecca and their families in the process.
To survive, they must put their trust in the healing of broken souls and their faith in God.
